Jason Baum is the visionary founder of Right Way Capital, and he is behind Right Way Contracting & Developments, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction and development industry, which has executed and delivered over $1+ billion. Known for his commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation, Jason has led many successful projects—from custom residential homes to large-scale commercial developments and urban revitalizations.
His hands-on approach, deep industry knowledge, and ability to work seamlessly with architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies make him a trusted leader in the field. Jason believes in building lasting relationships with clients through transparency, collaboration, and focusing on bringing their unique visions to life. Beyond construction, Jason is dedicated to community impact, supporting charitable causes, and focusing on socially meaningful development. Mark Karpey
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Mark Karpey is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at Right Way Capital. He brings over 20 years of experience as a solutions architect in the software industry. His deep technical background helps drive data-driven decision-making and risk reduction for GS Capital Ventures and other strategic initiatives. A serial entrepreneur, Mark previously co-founded a food and beverage manufacturing company that successfully launched in Costco Texas. He combines his entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in Salesforce strategy and digital transformation, specializing in Health Cloud integrations, CPQ solutions, and business optimization for leading enterprises.
Mark is known for his skill in agile architecture, enterprise design thinking, and leading cross-functional teams. His passion for scalable, data-centric solutions translates into better customer experiences, streamlined operations, and sustained growth.
